KTR components such as coolers, pump carriers and ROTEX® couplings are used every day at Micron Hydraulic. They help ensure the reliable operation of hydraulic drives: a clear example of how important it is for precisely engineered components to work together within a power unit.
Hydraulic systems must combine high power density, precision and efficiency. At the same time, requirements are increasing for low-noise power units, reliable thermal management and integration into higher-level systems, for example for condition monitoring.
For almost 50 years, KTR has been developing and manufacturing hydraulic components as part of an ever-expanding portfolio. As a full-line supplier, KTR works closely with its customers: from project planning with 3D models that can be integrated into customer systems to the virtual-reality assessment of complete units.
Pump carriers connect electric motors to hydraulic pumps in accordance with VDMA Guideline 24561. Their low weight combined with high strength supports compact, easy-to-maintain hydraulic power units.
Damping Ring D features an interlocking design that provides twice the effective surface area and supports higher loads. Damping rails made of metal and natural rubber reduce structure-borne noise while also reinforcing the tank structure.
Steel tanks BSK and BNK provide robust solutions for hydraulic systems. The range covers capacities from 40 to 2,000 litres; the BNK series complies with DIN 24339, while BSK offers a cost-optimised alternative.
NVT level and temperature switch monitors oil level and temperature in a single device, enabling early detection of low oil levels and excessive temperatures.
OAC oil-air coolers provide reliable cooling for stationary hydraulic applications. The range comprises 14 sizes with cooling capacities from 2 to 350 kW and is also available in an ATEX-compliant version.
