The KTR Profi Training is a professional training which is focused on our drive components (mechanical couplings, torque limiters, measuring shafts, clamping sets) as well as their areas of application, selection, design and market environment.
Over 2.5 days, you will learn from more than 10 KTR experts how to select, design, and recommend components with confidence: practical, industry-relevant, and directly applicable.
What will I learn?
The KTR Profi Training is the advanced program for professionals who already have a basic understanding of drive technology and want to gain in-depth knowledge of the KTR product portfolio.
The focus is on the selection, design, application, and market environment of mechanical couplings, torque limiters, torque sensors, and clamping sets. We also cover hydraulic and electromechanical brake systems, cooling systems, and hydraulic components.
True to the motto “Taken from practice for use in practice” we combine expert presentations with exercises and active discussion. You will work in teams on technical designs, discuss your results with the experts, and apply what you have learned directly.

Day 2 | Tuesday, September 15, 2026
- Expert presentations: EVOLASTIC® highly flexible couplings, Torque sensors, Steel lamina couplings, Backflash-free servo couplings, Magnetic couplings, Hydraulic components, Cooling systems "Engineering Business" Overview, Thermal management
- Theoretical and practical use: Torque Limiter (Setting up the test bench, Running and adjusting in the clutch)
- Workshop: Flexible jaw couplings (Part 2: Technical design in team work)
- Evening event: Dinner with participants, trainers and KTR sales representatives
Day 3 | Wednesday, September 16, 2026
- Expert presentations: BoWex® M / I gear coupling, BoWex® FLE torisonally stiff flange couplings and BoWex-ELASTIC® highly flexible flange couplings, SINULASTIC® highly flexible flange couplings, VAROLASTIC® highly flexible flange couplings, All-steel gear couplings, Clamping sets

What is included in the fee?
The participation fee is just €550 plus VAT per person. It includes:
- Participation in the training

Travel to and from the event is not included. The invoice will be issued directly to the company through which you register.

Cancellation
Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 30 days before the event, after which we reserve the right to charge any costs already incurred (e.g. cancellation fees for the hotel). Substitute participants can of course be nominated.
We reserve the right to cancel appointments for organisational reasons. In this case the seminar costs will be refunded.
