Guidelines
The aim of achieving maximum client satisfaction determines our actions. Each employee independently helps to meet client requirements as part of their day-to-day work. Promoting quality awareness is a key management task. Errors must be avoided rather than corrected. Improving quality is an obligation for us at all times.
We place our suppliers under an obligation to comply with our quality requirements. We assist them in achieving shared quality objectives in an open and fair partnership.
Evidence of guaranteed quality
We have developed quality and environmental guidelines based on this foundation and its consistent implementation has been honoured with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and DIN EN ISO 14001:2015 certifications.
