Thinktank: Innovation management at KTR
A key success criterion will be the ability to identify trends, develop innovations and rapidly initiate production so as to quickly launch products onto the market.
Vision as core competence
Existing processes and structures are insufficient to make best use of this expertise. This is why KTR has set up a think tank in Hilden near Düsseldorf. On 1 January 2019 a small team initiated activities. All members of the team have gathered experience in coupling technology and its user industries over the years.

Close cooperation with the headquarters in Rheine
The think tank team works very closely with our colleagues at KTR's R&D centre in Rheine as well as with Sales and Procurement and, most importantly, with the later users of the couplings.
The first two new developments that the think tank has produced are the SINULASTIC and the EVOLASTIC couplings. You can look forward to further innovations!
