Declaration of decontamination

Required for coolers, tank sensors, tank heaters and MINEX couplings

Due to statutory requirements (GefStoffV/ADR) and for protection of staff and environment we require the signed Declaration of Decontamination (clearance certificate) before processing of the order. 

Please attach the present Declaration of Decontamination outside on the packing to make sure we accept your consignment. We can only accept those products that are free of remnants.
