COUNTEX is a three-part, backlash-free and torsionally stiff shaft encoder coupling.

Our shaft encoder coupling with short dimensions can be plugged in axially and is easy to service.

The spacer is high temperature-resistant ensuring almost constant properties with temperatures up to +160 °C.

This coupling was specifically developed for applications in measuring technology andcontrol technology.
The COUNTEX shaft encoder coupling has short dimensions and is thus excellently suitable for use in narrow mounting spaces.

The measuring and control technology requests for high torsion spring stiffness of couplings to implement reproducible positioning. At the same time they have to offset displacements without large forces affecting the adjacent components of the system.

With its high temperature-resistant spacer the COUNTEX ensures almost constant torsion spring stiffness with high temperatures. The double-cardanic operating principle of the shaft encoder coupling reduces the restoring forces to a minimum.

The COUNTEX has very short dimensions which make it excellently suitable for tight mounting spaces.
