Torque limiters / overload couplings
Torque limiters (overload couplings) help to avoid longer downtimes, expensive repairs and resulting costs.
Clamping sets
CLAMPEX clamping sets enable backlash-free and frictionally engaged connection between cylindrical shafts without keyway and hub bores.
Precision joints
Precision joints consist of a joint centre piece and two hub bodies connected by straps. Bearing of the joint heads is made by plain or needle bearing selected based on the kind of application.
Torque sensors
The latest complement of our torque sensors measures torques immediately in the coupling. Different from assemblies with usual sensors MONITEX BT can be integrated in a space-saving way. An inductive supply allows for the permanent use of the measuring coupling. Torque and speed data can be received by mobile devices via a free app and a Windows software. If set ranges are exceeded or fallen below, the user is automatically alerted. MONITEX BT has a display that switches on as soon as the drive starts. An edge device and a DAC (digital-to-analog-converter) for integrating the signal in existing controls are being prepared.
