Precision joint GR/HR
Maximum permissible speed GR=1,000 rpm HR= 4,000 rpm / Quick-change coupling / precision joint with quick lock type GR/HR
The plain bearings of precision joint type GR limit the maximum permissible speed to 1,000 rpm, the needle bearings of precision joint type H7 limit the maximum permissible speed to 4,000 rpm.
The maximum diffraction angle per joint is 45°.In addition the precision joints type GR and HR have a quick lock allowing to separate them from the shaft without any tool within short term.This bearing allows the joints to compensate for significantly larger angular displacements compared to other coupling types.
Double joints that have two bearings are able to offset radial displacement in addition.
