Caractéristiques des accouplements élastiques en torsion :

Les accouplements ROTEX se composent de deux moyeux (aluminium ou acier) ainsi que d'un anneau (flector en élastomère / bague à doigts) en T-PUR® (élastomère). es divers degrés de dureté de la roue dentée en T-PUR® peuvent être adaptés au degré d'amortissement et de l'élasticité rotative de l'accouplement élastomère.

Les accouplements ROTEX nécessitent peu d'espace de montage et permettent donc un montage/démontage très facile. les nombreuses variantes offrent une flexibilité maximale et s'adaptent parfaitement aux diverses exigences de montage sur des versions d'arbres variées.

Jaw couplings ensure torsional vibration-damping power transmission and offset shocks generated by irregularly operating machines.

In contrast to flexible couplings the connecting elements of which are stressed on bending and therefore to earlier wear, the flexible teeth of ROTEX couplings (elastomers) are subjected to compressive stress only. The benefit of the elastomer coupling thus is to withstand significantly higher loads.

The elastomers deform with load and high speeds. Sufficient expansion space must be provided.

All sizes of ROTEX jaw couplings have a maximum torsion angle of 5°. They can be mounted both horizontally and vertically.

Notre élastomère T-PUR® est beaucoup plus résistant à la température et plus durable que les polyuréthanes traditionnels. Visuellement, nous avons caractérisé le T-PUR® (élastomère) par les couleurs orange (92 Shore A), violet (98 Shore A) et vert pâle (64 Shore D).
