TOOLFLEX ZR is a double-cardanic metal bellow-type coupling with a an intermediate pipe welded on (intermediate shaft coupling). This cardan shaft is therfore optimally suitable for bridging large axial shaft distances.
Up to size 45 the hubs of the cardan shaft with metal bellow are made of aluminium, from size 46 from steel. The bellow is made of stainless steel, the intermediate pipe of steel.The length of the intermediate pipe is freely selectable. The range includes both frictionally engaged connections without feather keyway and positive-locking connections with feather keyway.
