CLAMPEX clamping elements are shaft-to-hub connections. They enable a backlash-free and non-positive connection between cylindrical shafts without keyway and hub bores.
Clamping of clamping elements is made via integrated screws also used for non-destructive unscrewing of the clamping elements (except for series KTR 150). Depending on the series unscrewing the clamping elements is made by mere unclamping of the screws or additional extracting of the individual clamping element components from each other.
CLAMPEX clamping elements are preferred, among other things, as an alternative to a feather key connection considering their benefits.
