Micron prides theirselves on delivering unrivalled quality hydraulic pump repairs tested to extreme standards, on time and in budget. Micron has one of the most powerful and comprehensive hydraulic pump and motor test facilities currently available. The facility is fully computerised using the latest data analysis equipment. The available power of the test stand exceeds that required to test the largest hydraulic pumps currently manufactured to OEM specifications. All procedures carried out are done so via the most stringent quality procedures with state-of-the-art, geographical test reports showing overall performances and efficiency.
Micron has established close relationships with the leading hydraulic suppliers in the world such as KTR. Units and parts are sourced direct, reducing costs and delivery dates. KTR products, such as coolers, bell housing and ROTEX®, are applied daily in our services because Micron relies on genuine and high quality products to integrate perfectly with all other components and requirements. And also, KTR is a lot like Micron, constantly in motion and headed forward. KTR know that the challenges their clients are facing are there to be solved. High-performance coolers with special dipping paint KTR's cooling systems were developed for stationary hydraulics and mobile machines. The application range of high-performance coolers is mainly cooling of hydraulic oil, but also cooling of water, charge air or fuel. The cooling systems are individually designed, each depending on the application and taking into account the cooling power required, and adapted to the mounting space, if necessary. Bell housings optimise motor and pump shaft alignment. One of the nice things is the ease with which accurate selections can be made using KTR's Hydraulic Selection Tools - choosing the right components to connect motor and pump is a very simply process. Depending on the individual application additional components such as damping elements and foot flanges can also be added. Equipped with temperature resistant T-PUR® spiders ROTEX® couplings are characterized by small dimensions, low weight and low mass moments of inertia yet transmit high torques. Running quality and service life of the coupling are improved by accurate all-over machining. Their application is ideal for transmitting torque while damping torsional vibrations and absorbing shocks produced by the uneven operation of certain prime movers.
