KTR Gears up for Hillhead 2018

The world’s biggest quarrying, construction and recycling event takes place next week and KTR U.K. is gearing up to make an appearance.

We will be exhibiting at Hillhead 2018, which is the global industry’s biggest working quarry exhibition.

Held at Tarmac’s Hillhead quarry, near Buxton, in the heart of the Derbyshire countryside, the event is the largest exhibition of its kind anywhere in the world.

From 26-28 June, we’ll be joining more than 500 UK and overseas suppliers of plant, equipment, materials and services.

Continually adapting, Hillhead provides a spectacular and unique setting for exhibitors and visitors alike to do business among live working demonstrations and static displays.

Its unique location and live demonstrations make it a ‘must-attend’ event for anyone in the quarrying, minerals, recycling or heavy construction industries. It provides the perfect platform for the promotion of a range of products, from large excavators and crushers to lubricants and wear parts, in its world-renowned setting.

We’ll be exhibiting on stand V15 at the event, where we will be showcasing a host of our solutions for the mobile construction industry, including:

·       Diesel engine flywheel couplings

·       Oil/air blast coolers

·       Multimedia custom air blast coolers

·       Hydraulic and electromechanical floating calliper disc brakes

·       Electrohydraulic thruster brakes

·       Hydraulic components

Rod Sarich, our marketing manager, said: “Hillhead is the global quarrying industry’s biggest event, which sees all of the leading players and suppliers come together in one place to showcase their latest technologies and innovations.

“It provides KTR U.K. with a great platform to engage with the industry and demonstrate how our range of couplings, coolers, brakes and components can solve their power transmission issues, to ensure their machinery and equipment works better, for longer.”
