Denley is based in West Yorkshire, UK and operates from facilities with over 34,000 sq. feet of manufacturing space. Everything is designed and manufactured in-house, ensuring control in all stages of the process from start to finish. Denley’s got it all covered
Denley offers a broad range of products and services, which are designed and developed to meet the specific needs of the customers, and the environments they operate in. Denley manufacture electrical systems, complete hydraulic systems, and lubrication systems but also standard cylinders, manifolds, power units, test rigs, special purpose valves and actuators - including commissioning and installations, on-site and offsite services.

The ranges of power units which are manufactured and tested in-house by Denley meet all industry, customer, project specific quality accreditations and standards - built to reflect safe, environmentally sensitive and ergonomically efficient operating packages, complete with their own individually tailored PLC and HMI based control systems.

Offering a wide range of power units, ranging from a simple 0.5kW gear pump & 5 litre tank unit to a fully integrated 500kW axial piston pump & 12,000ltr tank system, including both large and small bespoke units that need designing from scratch, prototyping, testing, specifying and building to individual customers requirements.

We offer state of the art electro-hydraulics, with a proven performance to our customer’sspecification, and offer a global after sales service and support facility. Whatever our client’s power unit requirements, we’re confident we’ve got it covered.

Subsea specialists for critical applications
Denley also manufacture special purpose and custom built hydraulic, pneumatic and electric actuated valves for a wide selection of specific machinery operations and OEM applications. Denley are specialists in Subsea Valve actuation and specialist valves for critical applications - all of which are individually designed cycle tested and certified.

Moving further into the Nuclear Sector
Denley are now active with their pursuit of OHSAS 18001, an internationally recognised occupational, health and safety management system series standard. The accreditation will be another step forward for Denley into the nuclear arena and the project has been part funded by the ‘Business Growth Service’ and the ‘Fit4Nuclear’ agencies. The ‘Fit4Nuclear’ assessment qualification and assessment process is also underway to enable Denley to be recognised as a quality and safe manufacturer of bespoke Electro Hydraulic Systems to the major contractors in the growing nuclear sector.

ROTEX® couplings from KTR are characterized by small dimensions, low weight and low mass moments of inertia yet transmit high torques. Running quality and service life of the coupling are improved by accurate all-over machining. Their application is ideal for transmitting torque while damping torsional vibrations and absorbing shocks produced by the uneven operation of certain prime movers.

Another special product is the bellhousings with iron cast. By using KTR bellhousings motor and pump shaft are always optimally aligned to each other. The cast iron has a higher resistance in comparison to aluminium and, therefore, in most conditions, offers an ideal solution. The applicability in offshore and the good noise damping features, or the supply with ventilation and leak oil bore makes this KTR product and ideal choice for the industry.
