Verband Technischer Handel meets at KTR

Service models and service partnerships were the two most important topics of the annual conference of the "Drive Technology" specialist group of the VTH Verband Technischer Handel e.V., which took place on 7 and 8 November 2023 at our brand new KTR Exhibition Center in Rheine.

The 37 specialist dealers for drive technology and 13 associated manufacturers in the specialist group's circle of suppliers want to avoid pure price competition with these focal points and strengthen their profile as problem solvers for the industry. KTR is a partner in this endeavour.

Lecture programme with impetus for 2024

After the welcome and a brief company presentation, Guido Sandkötter, Sales Manager DACH at KTR, took the participants on a tour of the R&D centre, assembly, logistics and production facilities.

The annual conference itself included presentations and discussions on the topics of "Transformation and polycrisis - prospects for mechanical engineering in 2024", "Networked lubrication systems in Industry 4.0" and "Customer loyalty in a dynamic industrial and commercial environment". The two-day specialist event concluded with the general meeting of the "Drive Technology" specialist group. The "Supplier Circle" met parallel to the general meeting.
