OAC coolers in the ECO2 version

A new level of sustainability

Both energy efficiency and sustainability are becoming increasingly important as selection criteria for machines and systems and for their components. 

Here, it is particularly important to have cooling that is in line with demand, i.e., precisely dimensioned coolers, as well as a reserve to be able to absorb peaks. If the ambient conditions or the operation of the plant are not constant, efficiency can be increased by temperature sensors and variable-speed fan drives. 

For this reason, our ECO2 version coolers are available with infinite speed control and self-cleaning. An existing cooler can be retrofitted, or equipped with the control system directly ex works.

Standard, yet individual

The OPC coolers are a standard in our range, and yet the oil-air coolers with integrated pump have much more to offer. You decide whether you want to opt for the cooler in the standard version or individualized. 

Standard, ATEX, marine or a combination? No problem, there are countless options:

  • 10 or 25µ filter 
  • Double switch or single filter
  • Filter with or without e-switch
  • Motor winding with heating and/or PTC
  • Bypass in cooling network
  • Low noise external gear pump with pressure relief valve (optional without PRV)
  • Cost-effective external gear pump especially for hydraulic applications (ISO VG32-68)

Engineering, production and performance testing from a single source

Our cooler program is constantly expanding and demand is continuously increasing. With our cooler production facility covering around 9,000 square meters, we can guarantee highly automated production of our cooling systems, both in small quantities and in large series. Our coolers are assembled at our company's headquarters in Rheine. 

In order to continuously optimize the performance, efficiency and noise development of our series, we make use of our cooler test bench, also located at the Rheine site. With it, our experts are able to gather important information, for example, to influence the external and internal pressure losses or to optimize the cooling performance.
