The MONITEX BT torque sensor is a torque measuring coupling hub for measuring torque and speed.
MONITEX BT is a ROTEX coupling hub with an integrated measuring system for measuring torque and speed. Due to its compact design the system is able to replace a standard ROTEX hub in many cases while it is easy to assemble.
The inductive energy supply is achieved by an inductive head installed radially to the coupling in a distance of 10 mm at the maximum. Once the system is switchen on, the measured data of torque and speed are sent by MONITEX BT via Bluetooth and can be received via the free MONITEX-BT app by a smartphone, a tablet or a computer.

Connect your mobile device to the MONITEX BT coupling of KTR and monitor the torque and speed curves of your drive.
The MONITEX BT app enables you to connect your mobile device to the MONITEX BT torque sensor of KTR via a bluetooth connection. The sensor placed in a coupling hub allows for permanent monitoring of the drive by measuring torque and speed.
The app visualises the generated drive data as a curve progression and number display. Besides, with numeric display the mean and maximum values are shown. If limit value monitoring is activated, the app sends an alert to the user once the load exceeds or falls below the scope entered.
The torque and speed data are automatically logged and can be sent and saved after measuring.
MONITEX BT DAC
The digital-to-analog converter (DAC) automatically connects to the torque measuring MONITEX® BT coupling hub converting the torque and speed data as analog voltage and current.
The DAC allows for integrating the MONITEX® BT torque and speed data in a steering or in a present data acquisition system.
