The product range is based on the originally designed BoWex curved-tooth gear coupling and the ROTEX torsionally flexible coupling from KTR. New fields of applications are opened through a progressive modernisation and development programme.

From its beginning KTR has proved with its products that accurately-designed, high-quality components lead to improved features of a complete drive system - e. g. to the compacter construction market for an increased lifetime of the machines. KTR has always given decisive impetus on the techniques of Power Transmission. KTR works with 3D-CAD Systems and the Finite Elements Method in order to get from an initial idea to the full production of this product. This considerably reduces the development process, enables fast reaction and decisively optimizes the product features. Furthermore, KTR continuously works to further develop the existing products and product lines as well as new customised drive solutions.
