We do not always deliver standard couplings. To meet your required technical specification, we can manage to design a new coupling by modifying stock parts and with a support from our affiliated machine shops, we can deliver within one week.

Logistics

Logging in the computer network of our head office in Germany, we can always monitor a progress of each running order and its delivery ex-works date is always controlled to secure the requested delivery time.

Quality assurance
|
|
Incoming goods from Germany and/or those from our affiliated machine shops usually undergo strict dimensional and visual inspection by us before stocking and/or shipment ex-warehouse.
For some couplings being under running test, we offer field inspection during the test period and issue test report at each time after the inspection. We can provide a standard works-certificate when requested at time of order.

Nowadays, obtaining a qualification to ISO14000series is becoming quite common among industries. We often take inquiries from our customers about amount of hazardous materials in our coupling base materials. We are very forward looking to help support customers by presenting investigation report if requested.
