Wind and weather, sand and dirt, vibrations and shocks – the operating conditions of agricultural machines are hard. Consequently, the components need to be able to withstand all types of demanding conditions. KTR couplings have proven, for a long time, their importance when supplying product into this market, on automotive machines like combine-harvesters and field choppers as well as attachments like swath rakes and mowers and mixers or worm conveyors and for biogas plants.

More flexibility, less wear

KTR offers you an extensive range of couplings meeting every requirement, even in tough operating conditions. They are easy to assemble, free from wear, maintenance-free and are characterised by low mass moments of inertia or high power density. Our flexible couplings compensate reliably for shaft misalignment caused at assembly or heat expansion. They dampen shocks and vibrations in the drive system and shift critical torsional vibrations of diesel engines. Use of high tensile light metals and reinforced nylon materials, result in a reduction of weight which is beneficial to the overall system.
