Perfect connections for I. C.-engines

Solid, flexible and maintenance-free – that is how the couplings for construction machines are characterised. Apart from that they both save time and expense. KTR couplings meet such requirements whilst in most cases even exceeding them: They extend the service life of the drive system while facilitating your work.

For digging, loading, driving

With diesel engines the demands on couplings are particularly high: The connection between engine and hydraulic pumps does not only have to compensate for misalignment, but at the same time dampen torsional vibrations. This can be achieved – even with an engine power of up to 1,000 kW and rated torques up to 10,000 Nm – by using the highly flexible BoWex-ELASTIC®.

For lifting, lowering, controlling

On smaller construction machines with a power of up to 30 kW we would recommend the use of our flexible flange coupling MONOLASTIC®. As it consists of a vulcanised combination of rubber and nylon, except for the hub, it does not require any maintenance at all. KTR has carried out pioneering work in this range for a maximum power with minimum expenses.

Staying cool when things get pretty lively

For the resonance-free operation of the hydrostatic drives you require the torsionally rigid BoWex® FLE-PA covering every challenge with an engine power of up to approx. 500 kW thanks to its solid design and thermal resistance of up to 130° C. Based on your thermal data we have developed heat exchangers >link auf Wäremetauscher> for cooling air, water and any kind of oils, tailor-made for your individual application.
